Honorable Senior Judge (Ret.) Oshri Frost Frankel served as a judge at the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court for approximately 20 years. During her tenure, she adjudicated in all areas of civil law and was recognized as an efficient and pragmatic judge. She excelled in resolving highly complex cases, often achieving settlements prior to evidentiary hearings, significantly reducing the duration and costs of legal proceedings for all parties involved.
Following her retirement from active judicial service in 2019 and prior to her appointment as an Associate Judge in 2021, Judge Frost Frankel successfully led numerous mediations and arbitrations, earning a stellar reputation. After concluding her role as an Associate Judge in 2024, she returned to mediation and arbitration, continuing to provide outstanding service in these fields
